The ENS is an international non-profit organization that promotes the Artisans at work experience and is internationally recognized for its ECONOMUSÉE®, HERITAGE SPACE and CULINARY SPACE concepts. It gathers a network of committed artisans to shine a light on know-how that is passed down from generation to generation, while guiding the artisans’ businesses towards a distinctive and meaningful business model.
