Les Moulins de L'Isle-aux-Coudres

Les Moulins de l’Isle-aux-Coudres is a unique heritage site in Quebec, featuring both a windmill and a watermill, as well as the historic miller’s house. The site offers immersive experiences where visitors can witness traditional milling techniques, explore the history of the region, and participate in educational workshops designed for children and school groups. Open from mid-May to mid-October, the site also hosts escape games and collaborates with local science organizations for educational programming.

In addition to its cultural and educational activities, Les Moulins de l’Isle-aux-Coudres operates a boutique offering freshly milled wheat, buckwheat, and rye flours, as well as regional products, souvenirs, and artisan creations.
