Kootenay Rockies Tourism is one of BC’s five Regional Destination Management Organizations, operating since 1978. As a registered non-profit, Kootenay Rockies Tourism represents over 850 tourism businesses and operators across the region of Southeastern BC, from ski resorts and accommodation providers to arts, culture, and adventure experiences. The organization works in alignment with Destination BC to advance destination stewardship, sustainable tourism, and travel trade and media relations throughout the Kootenay Rockies.
