Free 3-week online workshop series for Kelowna businesses
Workshop 1:
Foundations & Internal Buy-In
Session 1 establishes the foundational language, context, and business case for climate action. It is designed to help participants understand why this program exists, how it connects to local and community-level goals, and how to bring their own teams along on the journey.
Workshop 2:
Practical Actions for Impact
Session 2 is the core skills-building workshop of the series. Participants explore the three selected focus streams in depth, learning about the environmental impact of each area, identifying quick wins, and beginning to think about what actions are feasible for their specific business context. The session is designed to be practical and relevant, with real-world examples and peer discussion.
Workshop 3:
Build Your Plan, Tell Your Story
Session 3 brings the program to a close by helping participants translate what they have learned into a concrete, personalized action plan. It also focuses on how businesses can communicate their climate commitments — internally, to customers, and to the broader community. Participants leave with a documented action pledge and the tools to tell their sustainability story with confidence.
